摘要 本研究采用立体传质技术代替生物洗涤塔中的传统粒状填料,提高生物洗涤技术对生活垃圾VOCs的净化处理效果.通过试验分别研究了三维立体传质方法和传统填料塔方法对生活垃圾VOCs进行净化处理效果,并考察了气液比、停留时间及微生物的浓度(MLVSS)对生活垃圾VOCs净化效果的影响.结果表明,在相同的操作条件下,立体传质塔对生活垃圾VOCs的去除效果优于传统填料塔对生活垃圾VOCs的去除效果. In this study, the three-dimensional mass transfer technology was used instead of the traditional granular packing in biological scrubber to improve the effect of biological cleaning technology on the purification of domestic waste VOCs. The effects of three-dimensional mass transfer and conventional packed tower on the purification of domestic waste VOCs were studied by experimental study, and investigated the effect of gas-liquid ratio, residence time and microorganism concentration(MLVSS) on the purification of domestic waste VOCs. Results show that under the same operating conditions, the three-dimensional mass transfer tower for domestic waste VOCs removal efficiency is higher than conventional packed tower for domestic waste VOCs removal effect.
