摘要
目的观察一种汽化过氧化氢消毒装置对室内空气和物体表面的消毒效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌实验方法,对某汽化过氧化氢消毒装置杀灭物体表面和室内空气中细菌的效果进行观察。结果该汽化过氧化氢消毒装置使用专门配套的含量为80 g/L过氧化氢水溶液作为消毒剂。在28 m^3密闭实验舱内,以4 ml/m^3用量(折合过氧化氢浓度为320 mg/m^3),启动该过氧化氢消毒装置于室温下消毒作用60 min,对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率可以达到99.9%以上。在130 m^3办公室内,消毒液用量为10 ml/m^3(折合过氧化氢浓度为800 mg/m^3),启动该消毒装置作用30 min,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率可达99.9%。在20 m^3密闭空气实验舱内,以0.5 ml/m^3用量,启动该过氧化氢消毒装置液消毒作用20 min,对舱内空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.9%;在90 m^3房间内,以1.0 ml/m^3用量,启动该过氧化氢消毒装置消毒作用60 min,对空气中自然菌的消亡率>90.0%。结论该汽化过氧化氢消毒装置使用较低浓度过氧化氢消毒液,汽化后对物体表面上细菌芽孢和空气中细菌繁殖体均具有较好的杀灭效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a hydrogen peroxide decontaminating device in disinfection of indoor air and surface. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and air field disinfection test for the device were used to observe the bactericidal effect. Results A specialized disinfectant solution with 80 g / L hydrogen peroxide was used by the device.The spores of Bacillus subtilis variant niger on the cloth carrier exposed to 4 ml / m^3 hydrogen peroxide( equivalent to the concentration of 320 mg / m^3 hydrogen peroxide) vapor generated by the device for 60 min at room temperature in the airtight cabin with 28 m^3 volumes achieved a more than 99. 9% reduction. The killing rate of Bacillus subtilis variant niger spores exposed to 10 ml / m^3 hydrogen peroxide( the same as 320 mg / m^3 hydrogen peroxide) vapor from the device for 30 min in the 130 m^3 volumes office room sealed by the adhesive tape was 99. 9%. 99. 9% of the Staphylococcus albus of artificially contaminated air was killed by using 0. 5 ml / m^3 hydrogen peroxide mist in the 20 m^3 volumes airtight space for 20 min exposure period. Hydrogen peroxide fog disinfection of a 90 m^3 indoor area sealed by the adhesive tape at a dosage of 1. 0 ml /m^3 for 60 min,resulted in more than 90% extinction rate of natural bacteria in indoor air. Conclusion The hydrogen peroxide vapor,produced by this system by using low concentration hydrogen peroxide disinfectant solution,has good killing efficacy on the bacteria spores of object surface and bacteria reproduction in the indoor air.
