不同性质载体对脉冲紫外强光杀菌效果评价的影响 被引量:2

Comparison of the recovery and the effects of different materials on the carrier bactericidal effect when using a pulsed ultraviolet light disinfection

摘要 目的观察不同材质的载体对脉冲紫外强光杀菌效果评价的影响。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验的方法,对3种材质的染菌载体用于脉冲紫外强光杀菌效果评价的结果进行比较观察。结果在染菌后的2 h以内,随着时间的延长,回收率没有明显下降趋势。在同等条件下,3种不同载体中以不锈钢片回收率最高;在3种实验菌株中以金黄色葡萄球菌回收率最高。在相同照射条件下紫外强光对3种染菌载体上细菌杀灭率最高者为不锈钢片,玻璃片与塑料片上细菌杀灭率接近;3种细菌比较以大肠杆菌最容易杀灭,杀灭率达到100%。结论不同材质的载体对脉冲紫外强光杀菌效果有明显影响,枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢对紫外强光抗力较强。 Objective To compare bacteria recovery rates of different sterile material carriers after infected with bacteria and dried,so as to discuss the influence of different material carriers on ultraviolet light disinfection. Methods Three kinds of carrier materials such as stainless steel,plastic,glass were chosen to test the bacteria recovery rates in different time points and were used to perform the pulse ultraviolet light disinfection effect evaluation experiment. Results By comparing bacteria recovery rates of the three sterile material carriers after infected with bacteria and dried,we indeed found some regulations in different time points: By using different bacteria,the result of recovery rate comparison was Staphylococcus aureus( ATCC 25923)〉 Bacillus subtilis var. niger( ATCC 9372)〉 Escherichia coli( 8099); by using different carriers,the results of recovery rate comparison was stainless steel〉 plastic〉 glass; the pulse ultraviolet light disinfection effect assessment tests showed that using stainless steel carrier was better than using plastic and glass. Conclusion Different material sterile carriers indeed have influence on the bacteria recovery rate; pulse ultraviolet light disinfection effect assessment shows that different material carrier can influence the sterilization effect,so stainless steel carrier is recommended to be used in the experiments.
