一种双链复合季铵盐消毒液的相关性能研究

目的研究一种双链复合季铵盐消毒液的相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、现场消毒试验和动物试验方法,对双链复合季铵盐消毒液性能进行试验观察。结果该双链复合季铵盐消毒液含活性物总量为2 050 mg/L,pH值为8.07。以该消毒液原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用2.5 min的杀灭对数值均>5.0,对木质油漆表面的自然菌擦拭消毒作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>1.0。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞试验结果阴性。结论该双链复合季铵盐消毒液对细菌繁殖体杀灭效果好,属于实际无毒级物质。

Objective To study the performance of a double- chain compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,field disinfection test and animal test method were used to test the performance of the double- chain compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant. Results The quaternary ammonium salt content of the disinfectant was 2 050 mg / L,and the pH value was 8. 07. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the stock solution of the disinfection for 2. 5 min were 〉5. 0,that of the natural bacteria on the wooden paint surface for 5 min were 〉1. 0. The LD50 of the oral acute toxicity of the disinfectant in mice was 〉5 000 mg /（ kg·bw）. Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Conclusion The double chain compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant has good killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteri,and it belongs to the actual non- toxic grade material.
