血清白细胞介素-15和白细胞介素-17水平在不同程度冠状动脉病变患者中的表达及相关性研究 被引量:1

The relationship between serum levels of interleukin-15 and interleukin-17 and different degrees of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary disease

摘要 目的探讨不同冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-15和IL-17的表达情况及其与冠脉病变程度的相关性。方法将200例冠心病患者按冠脉病变的严重程度分为冠脉非狭窄组30例、轻度狭窄组103例、中度狭窄组35例和重度狭窄组32例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定患者血清IL-15和IL-17水平,采用Pearson相关分析探讨IL-15及IL-17水平与Gensini评分的相关关系。结果冠脉狭窄组患者血清IL-15和IL-17水平均高于非狭窄组,且随着冠脉病变严重程度的增加,IL-15和IL-17水平逐渐升高(P〈0.05)。IL-15和IL-17与Gensini评分均呈正相关(r=0.613和r=0.375,P均〈0.01),且IL-15和IL-17是冠脉病变的独立危险因素。结论血清IL-15和IL-17表达水平与冠脉病变的严重程度关系密切,二者可作为预测冠心病病变程度的检测指标。 Objective To explore the serum levels of interleukin (IL)-15 and IL-17 and the relationship between them and different coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary disease. Methods Two hundred patients with coronary heart disease were stenosis group ( 103 cases ) , moderate stenosis group ( 35 divided into the normal group (30 eases), mild cases) and severe stenosis group (32 cases) by coronary angiography. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELLSA ) was used to determinate the serum levels of IL-15 and IL-17, Pearson correlation method was used to explore the relationship between IL-15 and IL-17 with Gensini scores. Results The serum levels of IL-15 and IL-17 in coronary heart disease patients with coronary artery stenosis were significant higher than patients with non-narrow coronary artery. Meanwhile,as degree of stenosis increased, the levels of IL-15 and IL-17 elevated. Positive correlation between IL-15 and IL-17 with Gensini scores were found with r =0. 613 and r =0. 375 ,respectively(P 〈0. 01 ). Furthermore,IL-15 and IL-17 were independent risk factors for severity of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion The serum levels of IL-15 and IL-17 are closely related to the severity of coronary artery stenosis. IL-15 and IL-17 can effectively predict coronary heart disease.
