某高校在校大学生亚健康状况调查及分析

Investigation and analysis on sub-health status of college students

目的了解在校大学生的亚健康状况,为制定科学的干预方法提供依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,对菏泽市某高校487名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生的亚健康发生率为37.4%。不同性别、年级、专业间的亚健康发生状况的差异有统计学意义。女生的亚健康发生率高于男生,高年级学生发生率高于低年级学生,文科学生发生率高于理科学生。CMI总分异常(亚健康状态)与M-R(心理症状)具有一致性,说明在校大学生的亚健康状态多与心理因素有很大关系。结论大学生的健康状况不容乐观,在心理方面表现尤为明显,需要社会各界加大关注。

Objective： To understand the sub-health status of university students,and to provide evidence for scientific intervention methods. Methods： 487 college students adopted were from Heze college,and questionnaire survey was provided for them. Results： College students who were in sub-health status was 37. 4%. Sub-health status rate was statistically significant different between different genders,grades and professions.. Girls＇ incidence of sub-health status was higher than that of the boys,the seniors incidence was higher than that of the lower grade students,and incidence of liberal arts students was higher than science students. CMI total anomaly（ sub-health state） and M-R（ psychological symptoms） were consistent, which showed that college students sub-health state had a close relationship with psychological factors. Conclusion： The health status of college students is not optimistic,especially in the aspect of psychology,to which more attention is needed
