Guangxi's Sci-tech Literature Sharing and Service Platform Based on the Service for Masses' Entrepreneurship and People's Innovation

科技文献信息是创新创业的基础和支撑,为创新创业主体提供知识服务是广西科技文献共享与服务平台推进大众创业、万众创新的具体实践。分析了科技文献信息与创新创业的关系,阐述了广西科技文献共享与服务平台服务"双创"取得的主要成效、经验做法和存在问题,结合"双创"对科技信息的新需求,提出了推进广西科技文献共享与服务平台可持续发展的对策建议。

Sci-tech literature information is the basis and support for innovation and entrepreneurship, providing knowledge service for the main bodies of innovation and entrepreneurship is the concrete practice of Guangxi＇ s sci-tech literature sharing and service platform to promote the masses＇ entrepreneurship and peoples＇ innovation. This paper ana- lyzes the relationship between sci-tech literature information and masses＇ entrepreneurship/people＇ s innovation, ex- pounds the main achievements, experiences/measures and problems of Guangxi＇ s sci-tech literature sharing and service platform in serving the masses＇ entrepreneurship and people＇ s innovation, and connecting with the new requirements of the masses＇ entrepreneurship/people＇ s innovation for sci-tech information, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the sustainable development of Guangxi＇ s sci-tech literature sharing and service platform.
