基于资源价值的黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业竞争力评价研究

Research on Evaluating the Competitiveness of Heilongjiang Ice-Snow Tourism Industry Based on the Resources Value

近年来,冰雪旅游产业的竞争愈加激烈使得黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业的发展面临严峻挑战,因而迫切需要对黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业竞争力展开全面分析,促使其竞争力得到有效提升。以资源价值为核心,结合产业发展水平、相关与辅助产业支撑能力和环境支持三个方面构建了冰雪旅游产业竞争力的评价指标体系,并对黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业竞争力进行了评价。结果表明,黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业存在冰雪旅游资源价值未得到深度开发、冰雪旅游人力资源服务能力不强、冰雪旅游相关与辅助产业发展薄弱及外部环境支持力度有限等问题,并从树立环保意识、注重品牌营销、提升冰雪旅游产业从业人员整体素质、提高相关与辅助产业对黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业的支撑能力和积极发挥政府的支持作用等方面提出了提升黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业竞争力的对策建议。

In recent years,the competition of ice-snow tourism industry becomes more and more fierce,and that pose the serious challenges for Heilongjiang ice-snow tourism industry.So,it＇s urgent for effectively advancing the competitiveness of Heilongjiang ice-snow tourism industry to have its comprehensive analysis.Basing on the resources value,the paper constructs an evaluation system of ice-snow tourism industry by combining with the industry development level,the supporting capability of relevant and auxiliary industries,and the support environment.The results of evaluating the competitiveness of Heilongjiang ice-snow tourism industry with the system show that there are some problems such as the not further development of its ice-snow resources value,the not strong service capability of human resources,the poor development of relevant and auxiliary industries,the limitations of external supports.In order to improve the competitiveness of Heilongjiang ice-snow tourism industry,it suggests fostering the awareness of environment protection,paying attention to the brand marketing,improving the practitioners＇ overall quality,enhancing the supporting capability of relevant and auxiliary industries,and exerting the role of government support.
