大学附属医院专利现况及相关对策探讨——以北京大学第三医院为例

Take the current situation of patent in Peking University Third Hospital as a case to study

本文深入分析了北京大学第三医院2008-2014年专利申请、授权以及科技转化情况,梳理了专利管理过程中存在的问题和困难、优势及不足,并探讨了综合性医院推进知识产权工作的对策及措施.本文提出应重视知识产权在构建研究型医院中的作用,健全与完善知识产权管理,搭建交易平台、促进成果转化,增加发明专利的比重,依靠专家推进知识产权授权与转化5个具体操作建议.

This article analyzed the situation of patent applications,licensing and technology transfer in Peking University Third Hospital since 2008.We summarized the challenge and the strength in patent administration process,and discussed strategies and measures to promote intellectual property management in hospitals.In the end five specific advices were proposed,such as the role of intellectual property in constructing innovative hospitals,improving intellectual property management,building trading platform and accessing patent transfer,increasing the proportion of patent of inven tion vs.patent for utility models,and relying on experts themselves.
