摘要
针对煤炭企业并购的热潮,分析了煤炭企业并购重组的动因,分别从宏观、中观、微观方面研究了现在煤炭企业并购整合存在的问题,得出了完善并购法律、优化煤炭产业结构、完善并购体系和加强并购整合工作的对策建议,旨对煤炭企业在并购管理中参考。
Based on the upsurge of Mergers and acquisitions（MA） in coal industry,this paper analyzes the motivations of coal enterprises＇ MA,studies the problems of MA of coal enterprises from macroscopic,mezzo and microcosmic aspects,and obtains the countermeasures and suggestions of perfecting MA laws,optimizing industrial structure,perfecting MA system and strengthen the integration of MA work,to provide reference for coal enterprises in the management of merger and acquisition.
