摘要
从煤炭行业的发展现状对劳动力就业转移出发,分析我国劳动力转移就业的现状,对菏泽市劳动力转移就业情况进行分析,得出劳动力就业转移的原因、特点、面临的问题以及在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。
From the influence of present situation of coal industry development on employment transfer,this paper analyzes the present situation of labor transfer employment in China,and the labor transfer employ ment situation in Heze city,to conclude the reasons,characteristics and problems of the employment transfer,and based on this,to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
