我国煤炭行业管理体制正处于改革关键时期,通过对美国、印度、澳大利亚等主要产煤国在监管架构、机构设置、行业管理手段等方面进行分析,总结了主要产煤国在煤炭行业管理方面的典型做法和主要特点,为我国更好地开展煤炭管理体制改革,引导和促进煤炭行业健康发展提供经验。

The management system of coal industry in our country is in a critical reform period.Based on analyzing the regulatory framework,institutions,industry management means and so on of major coal-producing countries such as the United States,India and Australia,this paper summarizes the major coal-producing countries＇ typical approaches and main characteristics in coal industry management,providing experience for China to carry out the reform of coal management system better,and guide and promote the healthy development of the coal industry.
