依达拉奉对心脏骤停后综合征患者血清S100b蛋白及GCS评分的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Edaravone on Post Cardiac Arrest Syndrome and Serum S100b Protein in Patients with GCS Score

摘要 目的观察静脉应用依达拉奉对心脏骤停后综合征(PCAS)患者血清S100b蛋白浓度及格拉斯哥(GCS)评分的影响。方法 56例PCAS患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(24例),所有患者均采用针对性常规治疗方案。观察组于患者恢复自主循环(ROSC)立即给予依达拉奉30mg,30min静脉滴注完毕,每日2次,连续应用7d。分别于患者ROSC后T1(0h),T2(12h),T3(d1),T4(d3),T5(d7)检测血清S100b浓度并于T1,T3,T4,T5对患者进行GCS评分。结果患者ROSC后T1时,S100b蛋白浓度组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),T2,T3,T4,T5各时间点观察组S100b蛋白浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者在T3,T4,T5GCS评分,观察组分值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于PCAS患者ROSC后,尽早静脉应用依达拉奉可以降低患者血清S100b蛋白浓度,改善GCS评分,具有保护脑组织,减轻神经功能损伤的作用。 Objective To observe the change of serum S100 b protein and the influence of GCS for patients with post-cardiac syndrome who accepted intravenous application of Edaravone. Methods Fifty-six cases of post-cardiac arrest syndrome( PCAS) patients were randomly divided into observation group( 32 cases) and control group( 24 cases). All patients received common treatment. In the patients of observation group got restoration of spontaneous circulation( ROSC),Edaravone was added immediately,given 30 mg,intravenous drip for30 min,twice a day for 7 days. After the patients got restoration of spontaneous circulation( ROSC),Serum S100 b protein was detected at the time points of T1( 0h),T2( 12h),T3( d1),T4( d3),T5( d7) respectively and GCS was evaluated at the time points of T1,T3,T4,T5. Results After patients got restoration of spontaneous circulation,at time point of T1,there were no significant differences between the two groups( P〈0. 05); at time point of T2,serum S100 b protein of observation group was apparently lower than control group( P〈0. 01); at time points of T3,T4,T5,serum S100 b protein of observation group was lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 01). At time points of T3,T4,T5,GCS of observation group was apparently higher than control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion For the patient of the post-cardiac arrest syndrome( PCAS) who got restoration of spontaneous circulation,Intravenous application as early as possible in accordance with the Edaravone can reduce the level of serum S100 b protein and improved GCS score,which could protect brain bissue and reduce neurological function damage.
