摘要
目的了解、分析不同妊娠期孕妇维生素A、维生素E、铁、钙含量,评价孕妇的营养状况,指导孕妇合理膳食。方法收集2015年5月-2016年6月在潍坊市人民医院产二科门诊进行孕检的健康孕妇678例,其中393例测定血清维生素A、维生素E含量,285例测定血清铁、钙含量,分别按妊娠时间分为3组,即早孕组(≤13+6周)、中孕组(-27+6周)、晚孕组(≥28周)。结果与健康成人正常参考值相比,孕期维生素A异常率为11.7%,其中缺乏率为11.2%;孕期维生素E异常率为4.83%,其中过量率为4.58%;随孕周时间延长,铁、钙缺乏程度加重,无过量现象。维生素E、铁在不同妊娠期的含量存在统计学差异(P〈0.05),维生素A、钙含量无统计学差异。结论不同妊娠期孕妇血清维生素A、维生素E、铁、钙水平不同,维生素A以缺乏为主,维生素E以过量为主,孕期铁、钙均为缺乏,以孕晚期最为严重。因此孕期监测维生素A、维生素E、铁、钙水平,合理正确补充,对保障母婴安全有重要意义。
Objective To study and analysis the serum levels of vitamin A,vitamin E,Iron,Calcium in different pregnant stages,to evaluate the nutritional status in pregnancy,and to guide pregnant women dietary structure reasonably. Methods Total of 678 serum samples from health pregnant women between May 2015 and June 2016 in weifang people's hospital were collected,including 393 samples quantitative determination of the concentration of serum vitamin A and E,and 285 serum samples quantitative determination of the concentration of serum Iron and Calcium. Those pregnant women were divided into three groups according to pregnant weeks: the early pregnant group( ≤13+ 6weeks),the middle pregnant group( - 27+ 6weeks) and the late pregnant group( ≥28 weeks). Results Compared with normal people serum concentrations of vitamin A,E,Iron and Calcium,vitamin A abnormal rate was 11. 70%,including the lack rate was 11. 20%; vitamin E abnormal rate was 4. 83%,including the excess rate was 4. 58%; The levels of Iron,Calcium decreased with the increasing of pregnant weeks,and those were not excess; There was significant difference in the levels of vitamin E,Iron in different pregnant stages( P〈0. 05); There was no significant difference in the levels of vitamin A,Calcium in different pregnant stages. Conclusion Pregnant women in different pregnancy serum vitamin A,vitamin E,iron,calcium levels are different,main performance of vitamin A is lack,main performance of vitamin E is excess,both Iron and Calcium are lack,especial in the late pregnant stages. Therefore monitoring vitamin A,vitamin E,Iron,Calcium level in pregnancy,strengthening perinatal education and guiding the rational correct prenatal supplement have important significance to guarantee maternal and fetal safety.
