超短波治疗小儿急性颌面部软组织感染的疗效分析

Effect of ultrashort wave on children with acute maxillofacial soft tissue infection

目的探讨小儿急性颌面部软组织感染的发病原因及临床特点,观察超短波治疗效果,并对疗效进行分析。方法选取2012-09~2015-12延安大学附属医院相关科室应用抗菌素治疗效果不明显的小儿急性颌面部软组织感染40例患者,随机分为两组,对照组继续使用抗菌素,治疗组除继续使用抗菌素外,联合应用超短波治疗,于治疗前后进行疗效评定。结果两组患者治疗后均有明显疗效,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为75%。结论超短波治疗小儿急性颌面部软组织感染疗效显著,经济方便,值得推广。

Objective Objective To investigate the causes and clinical features of soft tissue infection in children with acute maxillofacial diseases. The effect of ultrashort wave therapy was observed and the curative effect was analyzed. Methods Forty patients with acute maxillofacial soft tissue infections were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group combined use ultrashort wave therapy.The therapeutic effect was evaluated before and after treatment. Results The curative effect of the two groups was obvious after the treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the total effective rate was 95% for the observation group,and 75% for the control group. Conclusion Ultrashort wave therapy for children with acute maxillofacial soft tissue infection effect is significant,economic convenience,and it is worth promoting.
