基于因子分析法的公立医院后勤管理人员岗位胜任力模型构建 被引量:4

Construction of Competence Model of Management Personnel Working at Logistics Department in Public Hospital Based on Factor Analysis Method

摘要 目的:试图构建一套公立医院后勤管理人员岗位胜任力模型。方法:采用方便抽样法选择318名公立医院后勤管理人员。利用问卷调查法收集数据,采用SPSS19.0进行统计处理与分析,采用探索性因子分析进行胜任力模型构建。结果:探索性因子分析结果提示,公立医院后勤管理人员岗位胜任力模型包括7个维度:公仆精神、专业知识、组织协调、追求卓越、办公技能、遵规守纪和职业素养。公立医院后勤管理人员岗位胜任力模型共包括27个胜任力条目,此次研究所构建的胜任力模型具有良好的结构效度和内部一致性信度。结论:本次研究构建了公立医院后勤管理人员岗位胜任力模型,该胜任力模型可以用于公立医院后勤管理人员的招聘、晋升和考核等方面。 Objective: To build a competence model of management personnel working at logistics department in public hospital. Methods: 318 staffs working at logistics department in public hospital were employed with a convenience sampling. The questionnaire survey was used to collect data, and the exploratory factor analysis method was performed with SPSS19.0 soRware to build the competence model. Results: Results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the competence model was consisted of 7 dimensions that including servant characteristic, professional knowledge, organization and coordination, striving for excellence, office skills, observe discipline and professionalism, and 27 items of competence were reserved in model. Model had a good construct validity and internal consistency reliability. Conclusion: In this study, a groundbreaking competence model of management personnel working at logistics department in public hospital was built, which could be used on several aspects, such as recruitment, promotion and evaluation of one's performance and so on.
