皮肤毛孔粗大指皮肤表面可见的凹凸不平外观,虽然不是疾病,但作为一个美容问题广受关注。此外,毛孔粗大的明确定义及原因仍需阐明。目的:评估造成毛孔粗大的病因及回顾总结相关的激光治疗。结果及结论:三个主要临床面部毛孔粗大的原因:皮脂分泌旺盛,皮肤弹性松弛,毛囊粗大。此外,慢性复发性痤疮、性激素和不当皮肤护理都可影响毛孔大小。考虑到不同的可能原因引起的毛孔粗大,可能针对不同的病因进行个体化治疗更有效。

Enlarged skin pores refer to visible topographic changes of skin surfaces. Being not a medical concern,enlarged pores are a cosmetic concern for a large number of individuals. Moreover,a clear definition and possible causes of enlarged pores are still absent. To review the possible causes and treatment options for skin pores. This article is based on a review of the medical literature and the authorsber of 2000 experience in investigating and treating skin pores. There are 3 major clinical causes for enlarged facial pores： high sebum excretion,decreased elasticity around pores and increased hair follicle volume. In addition,chronic recurrent acnes,sex hor-mones and skin care regimen may also affect pore size. Given the different potential causes for enlarged pores,therapeutic modalities must be individualized for each patient.
