中国与海合会国家之间有着良好的政治经济往来,双方在油气领域的合作具备极大发展潜力,为当前双方自由贸易协定的商谈和签署奠定了坚实基础。目前,谈判已进行至第八轮,双方就谈判内容积极开展沟通协调,以推动协议的最终达成。中国与海合会自贸谈判分歧点集中在石化产品关税税率和油气市场准入等问题上。自贸区一旦形成将对双边经贸合作尤其是石油行业领域合作产生一定影响。国内油气行业宜对相关情况提前分析研判,做好应对。
