摘要
开发建设超大型LNG储罐,可增加单罐有效罐容,同时提高土地利用率,减少储罐建造的单位成本,是LNG工业技术发展的方向。对比中国石油江苏LNG项目16万立方米和20万立方米全容式LNG储罐的建设方案及成本,20万立方米全容式LNG储罐工艺设计有所变化,工程量有所增加,有效罐容提升了25%,但建设投资只增加了17.61%。超大型LNG储罐具有良好的社会环境效果和工程经济效益,将为我国LNG产业的发展提供新的思路。
The development and construction of super-large scale LNG tank can increase the effective tank capacity of single tank, while increasing land utilization rate and reducing the unit cost of tank construction. It is the development direction of LNG industry technology. Taking 160,000 m3 and 200,000 m3 full capacity LNG tanks in Jiangsu LNG project as examples, this paper compares the construction plans and construction costs of the two kinds of tanks. The process design of 200,000 m3 full capacities LNG tank changed and the quantity of construction increased with effective capacity increasing by 25% but the construction investment increasing by only 17.61%. The super-large scale LNG tank has a good social environment effects and engineering economic benefits, which can provide new reference for development of China's super-large scale LNG tanks in the future.
