摘要
新常态下,基层石油工程建设企业存在机构臃肿、人员富余、人工成本居高不下等突出问题。为了提高企业的经济效益,要在精简机构、减裁冗员、健全配套管理措施的同时,做好富余人员、劳务派遣员工的安置工作。不能搞"一刀切"式的企业"瘦身",要遵循国家法律和企业规章制度,避免矛盾激化和群访事件发生。
Under the new normal, grass-roots petroleum engineering construction enterprises are confronted with the typical problems of bloated organization, overstaffing, high labor costs and etc. In order to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, it is necessary to streamline organizations, reduce redundant labor, and perfect support administrative measures while carrying out the resettlement work for redundant labors and outsourcing labors. The enterprises should obey the national laws and enterprise regulations, and not engage in "one size fits all" type of enterprise "downsizing", to avoid sharpening contradiction and group petition events.
