关节镜下手术治疗不同类型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

The clinical research of treatment of different types of osteoarthritis under arthroscopy

目的探讨关节镜下手术治疗七种不同类型膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月起至2016年1月我院收治的确诊为OA且非手术治疗失败的92例(124膝)患者的临床资料,据手术前采集的病史、体检记录,以及X-片的表现,进行分型关节镜下手术治疗。以VAS评分评价治疗前后膝关节疼痛,膝关节功能以Lysholm评分评价,并随访以进一步观察疗效。结果与治疗前比较,关节镜下分型治疗后,OA患者VAS评分均明显降低(t=14.552,P<0.05),Lysholm评分均明显升高(t=5.066,P<0.05);总有效率达到92.7%。结论关节镜下分型治疗OA,能明显减轻患者疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能,取得满意治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of arthroscopy surgery in the treatment of different types of osteoarthritis. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients（ 124 knees） were collected and retrospective analyzed in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016. Parting treatment were adopt according to the collected medical history,physical examination record before surgery,and X-ray slice. The knee pain were evaluated by VAS score. The knee joint function were evaluated by Lysholm score,and follow-up to further observe the curative effect. Results Compared with before treatment,the VAS score were significantly lower in patients with OA after parting treatment under arthroscopy（ t = 14. 552,P 0. 05）,the Lysholm score were significantly elevated（ t = 5. 066,P 0. 05）; The total effective rate of 92. 7%. Conclusion Classification under the arthroscope to treat OA patients,can significantly reduce pain,improve t knee joint function,and gain satisfactory therapeutic effect.
