不同雾化孔径燃气硫浆雾化燃烧器的数值模拟研究

摘要 目前国内的化工企业制酸工艺普遍存在废水多、污染物量大等问题,要解决这些问题需改进生产工艺和技术,而在制酸工艺中最核心的技术就是硫浆燃烧器的设计,国内对于硫浆雾化燃烧器的技术还不是特别成熟。某化工厂在原有的制酸工艺上开发新的工艺,在燃烧器的设计上该化工厂提出两种雾化孔的改进方案。针对这一方案,重新计算和设计了燃烧器的喷嘴结构,并用Fluent模拟计算两种结构的炉膛燃烧情况,模拟结果表明:在相同的硫浆流量下,8孔和12孔雾化燃烧器都能满足现阶段工艺生产要求,但是12孔燃烧器的硫浆转化率,高温区温度,炉膛出口氧含量,煤气燃烧情况等均优于8孔燃烧器,在硫浆雾化燃烧器优化设计中应选用性能更好的12孔燃烧器。 There are many problems like water wasting,serious pollution in the domestic chemical companies. Improving technology can solve the problems,and the design of the sulfur-slurry burner is the core technology in the process of producing sulfuric acid,which is not a mature technology in China. A chemical factory tries to develop new technology on the basis of the exist technology,and it proposed two plans with different atomization diameters. For this plan,the burner was redesigned,and simulated by the software Fluent with the different structure. The simulation results show that both 8 atomizer holes burner and 12 atomizer holes burner can meet production requirements. In addition,the 12 atomizer holes burner is better than the 8 atomizer holes burner in many parts such as sulfur-slurry conversion rate,temperature distribution,the oxygen content of furnace outlet. The burner design should choose the 12 atomizer holes burner.
