摘要 在输送压力可达0.4 MPa,固气比最高可达190 kg/m3的自建试验台架上进行生物质粉末气力输送试验,研究输送系统的气体表观流速、罐压、背压以及流化风量以及载气风量对气力输送固气比的影响。结果表明,增大气体表观流速会导致固气比的降低;固气比会随着输送压差的增大而增大;随着流化风的增大,固气比呈现先增大后减小的趋势,适当增加载气风量有利于提高固气比,但当载气风量大幅度增加后,会导致固气比的降低,即生物质粉末气力输送过程中存在最佳载气风量。 The experiments were carried out on a self-built experimental facility which was set at the pressure up to 0.4 MPa and the solidgas ratio up to 190 kg/m3. The effects of the superficial gas velocity,tank pressure,the back pressure,the fluidization air flow rate and the carrier gas flow rate on the solid-gas ratio were investigated. It was found that with the increase of the superficial gas velocity,the solid-gas ratio would decrease. With the total conveying differential pressure increasing,the solid-gas ratio increased. When the fluidization air flow rate increased,the solid-gas ratio increased at first and then decreased. Increasing the carrier gas flow rate properly was beneficial to increase the solid-gas ratio. But when the carrier gas flow rate increased drastically,the solid-gas ratio would decrease. It showed that in the process of pneumatic conveying,the carrier gas flow rate had the optimal value.
