美国城市教师驻校计划及其对我国职前教师培养的启示 被引量:1

摘要 美国城市教师驻校计划是美国教师教育的"第三条途径",它的产生源于美国城市学校的现实师资问题与已有教师培养模式的不足。在实际的运行过程中,该计划有效改善了教师的留任问题、增强了教师的教学能力、提高了学生的学业成绩。学习借鉴美国的城市教师驻校计划,可以在我国的职前教师培养上重新定位中小学在教师教育中的角色,注重教师教育职前、入职和在职教育的一体化,鼓励第三方机构或团体参与教师的合作培养。
