摘要
食品药品基质复杂,食药安全分析需要更加准确可靠和方便快捷的检测方法和技术。Q-Exactive-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱的出现,使得液相色谱-质谱联用技术拥有更高的分辨率和质量精度,分析速度更快,适用于各种基质的食品药品的安全分析。本文介绍了高效液相色谱-Q-Exactive-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱技术的特点,根据样品的基质进行分类,对近年来高效液相色谱-Q-Exactive-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱技术在食品药品安全分析中的应用进行了概述。
Because of the complex matrix, the safety analysis of food and drug needs more accurate, reliable and convenient detection methods and techniques. The appearance of Q-Exactive quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry results in higher resolution, higher mass accuracy and faster analysis speed for liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, so it is very suitable for the safety analysis of different kinds of foods and drugs. In this article, the characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography-Q-Exactive quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry were introduced, and the applications of high performance liquid chromatography-Q-Exactive quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry in food and drug safety analysis were summarized.
