摘要
光遗传学是光学技术与遗传学基因工程技术相结合的一个新兴的技术。它被广泛地应用于特异性控制脑中特定类型的神经元的活动性,光遗传这项新技术极大地推动了神经科学的发展。本文简单介绍了光遗传学的基本概念,着重介绍了利用光遗传学标记特异性神经元的三种方法,并对光遗传学今后的发展进行了进一步的展望。
Optogenetics is a new technology combined with optical technology and genetic engineering. It broadly applies to the specific control of activity of diverse neurons, which highly promote the development of the neuroscience. This passage introduces the fundamental conception of the optogenetics, and summarizes the three approaches of labeling and manipulating the neurons of specific type by optogenetics,looking to the future of the development of optogenetics.
