摘要
生物标志物的超灵敏检测对于疾病的早期精准诊断和治疗起到了至关重要的作用,基于核酸的高灵敏度蛋白检测方法由于核酸的易合成、易修饰和可扩增的特点受到科研人员的广泛关注。本文综述了几种基于核酸的高灵敏度蛋白检测方法,诸如免疫聚合酶链式反应、免疫滚环扩增反应、邻位连接技术等,及其优缺点,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。
The ultrasensitive detection of biomarkers is important in early diagnose and trantment. DNA-based ultrasensitive protein detection have attracted increasing interest due to the easy synthesis and manipulation of nuclear acid. This review summarizes several DNA-based ultrasensitive protein detection methods, such as immuno-polymerase chain reaction(IPCR), immuno-rolling circle amplification(IRCA) and proximity ligation assay(PLA), as well as its advantages and disadvantages. At last, the directions of development of DNA-based ultrasensitive protein detection methods in future were expected.
