广东医药制造业竞争力评价与分析

Evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of pharmaceutical industry in Guangdong

目的评价广东医药制造业在全国各省(内蒙古、西藏、青海除外)中的竞争力情况,为提高其竞争力提供政策依据。方法借鉴前人成果,构建医药制造业产业区域竞争力评价体系,利用相关统计数据通过因子分析法进行实证分析。结果广东医药制造业综合竞争力位列全国第四,规模实力较强,投入效益和产品创新能力有待提高,政府政策支持力度较大。结论广东医药制造业产业部门应加大行业的市场机制建设,淘汰落后产能,增强企业的竞争意识,促进企业管理水平的提高;大力培养创新人才,提高创新能力,把规模优势转化为创新优势、潜力优势。

Objective To evaluate the competitiveness of Guangdong pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in different provinces of China,and provide an evidence for improvement of its competitiveness. Methods Based on the predecessors  achievements, we built the regional competitiveness evaluation system of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and analyzed the relevant statistical data by factor analysis method.Results The competitiveness of Guangdong pharmaceutical manufacturing industry ranked fourth in China,in which the scale strength was stronger. It needed to improve the investment efficiency and the product innovation ability, and the government  s policy support. Conclusion The Guangdong pharmaceutical industry should intensify the market mechanism of the industry,eliminate backward production capacity,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the improvement of the level of enterprise management. Meantime,the pharmaceutical industry should train innovative talents,improve the ability of innovation,and change the scale advantages into innovative and potential advantages.
