摘要
高良姜味辛性温热,善于温中散寒,有治疗脘腹冷痛,胃寒呕吐的功效,是一味具有重要应用价值的温里药。近年来,国内外对高良姜各方面的研究较多,本文就高良姜的药用植物资源、化学成分、药理活性研究进展以及应用近况进行了综述,期望为高良姜的进一步开发利用提供参考依据和研究思路。
Rhizoma Alpinia officinarum is a kind of interior-warming herb,warm and pungent in nature,which is often used to warming Zhongjiao and dissipating cold,treating abdominal cold-pain and gastrofrigid vomiting. This review summarizes recent studies of Rhizoma Alpinia officinarum on its medicinal plant resources, chemical components, pharmacological effects and application aspects, which may provide a reference for further development and utilization of Rhizoma Alpinia officinarum.
