计量器具在广州地铁日常运营中具有非常重要的作用,计量器具的质量状态直接影响运营行车安全。自本司测量管理体系建立以来,如何科学合理高效地实现计量器具的管理尤其重要。摒弃手工账、Excel表账等低效率管理方式,本司自行开发了信息化系统对计量器具进行管理。通过对本司计量器具管理现状的分析,得出:基于信息化系统实现了企业对计量器具的科学高效管理,实现了计量器具管理自动化,提升工作效率,促进了计量器具管理工作的规范化与标准化,为地铁运营安全提供了可靠保障。
