摘要
目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的临床疗效及其对患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法:随机选取行HIFU治疗的AR患者41例纳入试验组,在治疗前及治疗后6月测定患者IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ及组胺的含量并评价其疗效。结果:与同期健康对照组比较,试验组患者血清IL-4、IL-10及组胺的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-2及IFN-γ的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,。试验组患者治疗后6月鼻痒、喷嚏、清水样鼻涕等症状明显缓解,血清IL-4、IL-10及组胺的含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),IL-2及IFN-γ的含量与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HIFU可以改善AR患者的超敏免疫状态及鼻黏膜反应性,临床疗效较好。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and infulence on immune fimction of high intensity focused ultrasound therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods: 41 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly selected to undergo the treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound. The IL-2, IL-4, 1L-10, IFN-γ and histamine levels in the serum were measured and compared before and at 6 months after treatment. Results: The levels of serum IL-4, IL-10 and histamine were significantly higher and the levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ were significantly lower in patients with allergic rhinitis than those in healthy contronls (P〈0.05). The symptoms of all patients were alleviated such as nasal itching, sneezing and clear nasal discharge flow after 6 months. The levels of serum IL-4, IL-10 and histamine was lower (P〈0.05) at 6 months after treatment than pretreatrnent except for IL-2 and IFN-γ (P〉0.05). Conclusion: High intensity focused ultrasound was minimally invasive, simple, safe in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, it could quickly relieve the nasal mucosa reaction, and significantly improve the allergic immune status of the allergic rhinitis patients.
