圣乔治呼吸问卷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的调查

Survey of SGRQ on the Quality of Life in Patients with COPD

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者应用圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）对其生活质量的评价作用。方法：回顾性分析我院2013年2月~2015年4月所收治的120例COPD稳定期患者临床病历资料,所有患者均进行肺功能检测,并采用SGRQ进行评价。结果：SGRQ中症状部分、活动部分、影响部分及总分与FEV1呈负相关性（r=-0.561、-0.720、-0.671、-0.711,P〈0.05）;活动部分、影响部分、症状部分及总分间均呈一定相关性（P〈0.05）;I、II级患者活动部分、影响部分、症状部分及总分间存在明显差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后COPD患者活动部分、影响部分、症状部分及总分均较治疗前显著改善,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：SGRQ对COPD患者的生活质量具有较好评价作用,同时还可较好地反映患者治疗效果,因此具有一定应用价值。

Objective： To evaluated the role of SGRQ on the quality of life in patients with COPD. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 120 COPD patients in stable phase from February 2013 -2015 April in our hospital, pulmonary function tests were performed in all patients, and SGRQ was used for evaluation. Results： The symptomatic part, active part, affected part and total score of SGRQ were negatively correlated with FEV1 （r=-0.561 ,-0.720, -0.671, -0.711, P〈0.05）, there were some correlation between symptomatic part, active part, affected part and total score （P〈0.05）, there was a significant difference between patients with I and II in symptomatic part, active part, affected part and total score （P〈0.05）. The scores in symptomatic part, active part, affected part and total score of COPD patients after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： SGRQ has a good evaluation of the quality of life of patients with COPD, but also can better reflect the patient＇s treatment effect, so it has certain application value.
