高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀改善尿毒症患者贫血临床价值研究 被引量:20

Clinical Value of High-flux Hemodialysis Combined with L-carnitine in Treatment of Uremia Patients with Anemia

摘要 目的:探讨高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀改善尿毒症患者贫血的临床价值。方法:选择2013年1月至2015年3月间于我院进行治疗的尿毒症患者98例作为研究对象,并分为观察组50例及对照组48例。观察组患者进行高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗,对照组患者仅进行高通量血液透析治疗。对两组患者治疗前后血常规、生化指标、治疗效果以及不良反应进行观察与比较。结果:治疗前两组患者血常规及生化指标均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组血常规指标有所提高,生化指标有所下降,均较治疗前差异显著(P<0.05)。除治疗当月两组患者血红蛋白(Hb)及红细胞比容(HCT)差异不显著外,其他时间点观察组各指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率(86.00%)显著高于对照组(68.75%)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀对于改善尿毒症患者贫血症状疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the clinical value of high-flux hemodialysis combined with L-carnitine in treatment of uremia patients with anemia. Methods: 98 uremia patients with anemia accepted in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2015 were selected and divided into observation group with 50 cases and control group with 48 cases. The patients of observation group underwent high-flux hemodialysis combined with L-carnitine, and the patients of control group underwent high-flux hemodialysis only. Then the blood routine examination and biochemical indexes before and aiter treatment, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared. Results: The blood routine examination and biochemical indexes before treatment had no statistically significance (P〉0.05). The blood routine examination results were increasing after treatment with statistically difference (P〈0.05). The Hb and HCT of two groups had no great difference in the month after treatment, but other time and indexes of two groups had statistically significance (P〈0. 05). The total efficacy of observation group (86.00 %) was obviously higher than that of control group (68.75 %). The rate of adverse reactions of two groups had no statistically significance (P〉0.05). Conclusions: Using high-flux hemodialysis combined with L-carnitine in treatment of uremia patients with anemia has good efficacy and safety, which is worth of clinical application.
