摘要
目的:观察缺血性脑卒中患者采用自拟活血化瘀方治疗对生活质量的以及对相关细胞因子的影响。方法:通过随机数字表法将70例缺血性脑卒中患者分为观察组(自拟活血化瘀方+现代康复训练)35例及对照组(现代康复训练)35例。治疗结束后比较两组视觉模拟(VAS)疼痛评分、血液流变学、临床总有效率以及Bcl-2、Bax与caspase-3蛋白水平表达的变化。结果:(1)治疗后,观察组较对照组的VAS评分、临床症状改善明显(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,观察组血流速度(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Vm)、平均血流速度(Vd)升高幅度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);(3)与对照组比较,治疗后观察组患者血浆中Bcl-2表达水平升幅度更为显著(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组患者血浆中Bax、caspase-3表达水平降低幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:自拟活血化瘀方能够有效提高了生活质量,为临床同类治疗开拓思路。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects of Huoxue Huayu Recipe, a self-made traditional Chinese medicine compounds which could promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, in improving the quality of life of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients, as well as its influence to the related cytokines. Methods: By random number table method, 70 cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients were divided into observation group (self-made Huoxue Huayu Recipe + modem rehabilitation training, n=35) and control group (modem rehabilitation training, n=35). Compare the visual analog pain score (VAS), blood rheology, clinical total effective rate and the expression level of Bcl-2, Bax and caspas-3 protein between two groups after treatment. Results: (1) After treatment, the VAS score and clinical symptoms was improved significantly in observation group, as compared with the control group, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). (2) The increase of blood flow velocity (Vs), mean blood flow velocity (Vd), end-diastolic velocity (Vm) were more in observation group than in control group after treatment (P〈0.05). (3) After treatment, the Bcl-2 expression level in plasma was improved greater in observation group than that in control group (P〈0.05). The Bax and caspase-3 expression level in plasma was lowed more in observation group than in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The self-made Huoxue Huayu Recipe could effectively improve the quality of life ofischemic cerebral apoplexy patients.
