摘要
目的:探讨牙周内窥镜下对重度慢性牙周炎患者超声龈下刮治术联合四手操作护理效果与从常规护理的比较。方法:选择45例重度牙周炎患者(180颗牙齿),随机分成两组(每组90颗牙齿),在牙周内窥镜下行超声龈下刮治术后分别进行常规护理和四手操作护理。比较两组的治疗前后牙周袋深度和附着丧失变化的变化;治疗时间;患者医生和护士的满意度;患者牙龈肿痛情况等。结果:治疗一个月后,两组患者牙周探诊深度(Probing depth,PD)、附着丧失(Clinical attachment loss,CAL值均比同组治疗前显著降低,但观察组降低的更明显(P<0.05)。观察组治疗时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分低于对照组患者、医生和护士满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周内窥镜下超声龈下刮治术联合四手操作护理能提高重度慢性牙周炎患者的治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,提高患者、医生和护士的满意度,减低患者牙龈肿痛症状等。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of ultrasound subgingival scaling under periodontal endoscope andfour-handed technique care aided on severe chronic periodontitis. Methods: 45patients (total 180 teeth) were randomly divided into usual care group and four-handed technique care group with ultrasound subgingival scaling aided by periodontal endoscope. Before and after treatment, the pocket depth and attachment loss treatment time, sore gums and satisfaction of patient, doctors and nurses were compared between two groups. Results: After one month' treatment, PD and CAL of two groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment, and the observation group were decreased more markedly than control group. The observation group had more advantages than control group, including shorter treatment time, lower visual analogue scale, higher satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Ultrasound subgingival scaling and four-handed dentistry aided by periodontal endoscope in severe chronic period on patients have the advantage of improve the therapeutic effect, shorter treatment time, reduce gingival sore and higher satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses.
