摘要
通过分析焊接过程中焊缝位于直角部位且无任何拘束的L形梁时产生变形的趋势,确定影响焊接变形的各个因素,通过焊缝坡口设计,焊接夹具设计、夹持方法,焊接方法,焊接参数,焊接层道分布以及焊接层道顺序等因素的控制,使L形梁的焊接变形控制在设计要求范围内,实现L形梁体构件的大批量生产。
The impact of various factors of welding deformation were determined by analyzing the deformation trend of welding seam locating at right angles to the site without any binding of L- shaped beam.By controlling the weld groove design,welding fixture design,holding method,welding method,welding specifications,welding layer and the welding layer channel distribution channel order and other factors to limited the L- shaped beam welding deformation in the range of design requirements.
