摘要
文中叙述了铝及铝合金的化学物理性能、焊接性、半自动MIG焊及其在铝合金厚壁压力容器产品上的应用。结果表明:除了设计恰当焊接坡口,选择合理的焊接参数外,选择杂质含量少的适配焊丝,适当预热可减少、杜绝气孔缺陷。
This paper describe chemical and physical properties,weldability semi- automatic MIG welding and application of aluminum and its alloy for thickness plate pressure vessel.The results show that in addition to designing the proper welding groove and selecting reasonable welding parameters,choosing the welding wire with less impurity content and proper preheating can reduce or eliminate the porosity defects.
