百万千瓦核电站主蒸汽超级管道横向限制件焊接缺陷分析

摘要 某百万千瓦压水堆核电项目主蒸汽超级管道横向限制件角焊缝在役前检查期间发现多处裂纹,经打磨消缺及补焊处理后满足了设计要求。从主要从焊接材料、工艺、热处理等方面分析缺陷产生的原因,并对后续项目同类产品避免出现同样问题提出了经验反馈。 Many cracks were found on the main steam superpiping lateral restraint welding area during 1000 MW nuclear power plant pre- service inspection.These Weld defects were removed by grinding and welding repair to satisfy the design requirements.This paper analyzed raw material and filing material procurement,welding process,post welding heat treatment etc.to draws out the reason,and made experience feedback to other projects to avoid the same problems.
