The Role of Clinical Doctors in Translational Medicine

转化医学是把基础医学研究成果尽快有效地转化到临床应用和健康保健措施中,来自临床,服务临床。专业人才不足是目前国内外转化医学研究机构的普遍困境。而临床医师具有从事转化医学研究的职业优势,可以在这门新兴学科中发挥很大的作用,既可以独立也可以配合别人进行研究。对转化医学研究过程中基础与临床人员合作存在的问题,本文从提倡合作奉献精神但不唯一、设立基础研究与临床实践合作基金、建立合作交流平台、基础与临床人员工作互换四个方面提出了解决的想法。

Translational medicine aims to transfer basic research findings into clinical application and health care measures quickly and efficiently.It comes from and serve the clinic.Lack of professionals in translational medicine is the wider problem both at home and abroad.Clinical doctors have occupational advantages and may play agreat role in this rising subject.They not only depend on themselves but also cooper with others to study in translational medicine.According to existing questions in combining basic research with clinic,we propose some solving ideas from the following aspects：advocating dedication and cooperation but not unique,setting up foundation of combining basic research with clinic,setting up the medium of commperation and exchange,displacing jobs.
