积极心理学视角下中青年冠心病患者知觉压力影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Perceived Stress in Young and Middle-aged Patients with Coronary Heart Disease From the Perspective of Positive Psychology

在积极心理学视角下,探讨中青年冠心病患者的自尊、正念水平与知觉压力的关系。本文以68名中青年冠心病患者为研究对象,采用自尊量表,五因素正念知觉量表(FFMQ)和知觉压力量表进行施测。结果显示,自尊平均得分(31.26±4.82),FFMQ平均得分为(122.97±12.52),CPSS的平均得分为(37.71±9.31)。通过Pearson相关分析得出,自尊总分与知觉压力显著负相关(P<0.01),正念总分与知觉压力显著负相关(P<0.01)。通过本研究得出的结论是,自尊水平越高,则知觉压力越低,正念水平越高,则知觉压力越低。

The present study was to investigate the relationship among self-esteem,the level of mindfulness and perceived stress of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease in the perspective of positive psychology.The method of scaling are applied to this study that samples of 68 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease were assessed with Self-esteem Scale,Five Factors Mindfulness Questionnaire（FFMQ）,and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale（CPSS）.Our results show that the average score of self-esteem and FFMQ were（31.26±4.82）,（122.97±12.52）,that of CPSS was（37.71±9.31）.In addition,Pearson correlation analysis showed that self-esteem negatively correlated with perceived stress（P0.01）,and there is also a strong negative correlation between mindfulness and perceived stress（P0.01）.So,we concluded that the higher level of self-esteem,the lower the perceived stress,and so as the relationship between mindfulness and perceived stress,that is the higher the level of mindfulness,the lower the perceived stress.
