加拿大病理科住院医师规范化培训的经验借鉴与思考

Experience Learning and Rethinking on the Pathological Resident Standardization Training of Canada

住院医师培训制度是医学生毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是提高临床医师队伍素质和医疗工作质量的主要措施。临床病理住院医师规范化培训是培养合格病理医生的重要途径,对于规范病理诊断、提高诊断质量、提高病理同质化诊疗水平、促进学术交流等具有重要作用。本文结合在加拿大麦吉尔大学医学中心病理科的学习交流情况,在病理学专业网站建设、住院医师规范化培训及系统化学习,病理学亚专科建设及住院医师自身学习、参与学术交流方面作简要阐述。

Resident training system is an important part of medical education after graduation,which is also the major step to enhance the quality of medical work and improve professional quality of the clinicians.Clinical pathology resident standardization training is an effective way to culture qualified pathology doctors,and it plays an important role in standardized pathological diagnosis,improving diagnosis skills and promoting academic exchanges.Based on the study at the McGill University Medical Center of Canada,we will introduce the professional website construction of pathology,resident standardization training and systematic learning,specialized pathology construction and academic communication in this text.
