摘要 教育是传承中国传统文化的根本途径。教师作为文化的传播者,应该承担起传承传统文化的使命。然而当下的教师却出现了角色缺位问题,具体表现为教师对传承传统文化的认识不足、教师传统文化知识素养的缺失、传统文化教育内容和方式的不当。本文针对教师角色缺位问题提出有效对策,以此来推动教师践行传统文化传承的历史使命。 Education is the fundamental way to inherit Chinese traditional culture. As cultural communicator,teachers should undertake the mission of inheriting the traditional culture. However,the absence of teachers' role is becoming increasingly serious,which is embodied in the insufficient understanding of traditional culture,the lack of cultural literacy and the inappropriate content and ways of traditional culture education. The paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to solve the problem of the absence of teachers' role and thus to promote teachers to practice the mission of inheriting traditional culture.
