陕西省标准化学校建设促进薄弱高中教育质量提升的反思性评价

A Reflective Evaluation on the Construction of Standardized Senior High Schools in Shaanxi Province

根据原国家教委关于建设示范性高中的方案要求,陕西省委、省政府结合本省实际于1998年提出了陕西省标准化高中、示范性高中建设步骤,并制定了相关评估标准和管理办法。按照"梯次推进、内涵发展、整体提高"的发展思路,陕西省高中教育走出了一条由普通高中——省级标准化高中——省级示范性高中的建设路径,实现了由均衡化向多样化发展。现阶段,陕西省高中教育阶段的主要任务是推进普通高中的标准化建设,之后逐步走上一条均衡化发展之路。为此,探究陕西省标准化高中建设过程中的理论与实践问题,以推进全省创标进程,提升薄弱高中的办学质量,对于促进全省高中教育均衡发展具有重要的意义。

According to the requirements of the program on the construction of demonstrative high schools published by the former State Education Commission,the party committee of Shaanxi Province and government put forward in 1998 the steps of the construction of standardized and demonstrative senor high schools,and formulated relevant evaluation standards and measures. In accordance with the development strategies of ＂ladder-like promotion,connotative development and overall improvement＂,the senior high school education of Shaanxi has worked out a way from ordinary senior high schools,the standardized senior high schools to demonstrative senior high schools of the province and realized the advancement from equilibrium to diversity. At the present stage,the main task of senior high school education of Shaanxi is to promote the standardization of ordinary high schools,and then gradually embark on a road of balanced development. For this purpose,it is of great significance to explore the theoretic and practical problems emerging in the construction of standardized senior high schools to promote the process of standardization,enhance the quality of weak senior high school and promote the balanced development of high school education in the province.
