摘要
当前在我国中小学教师特别是特殊教育教师的选聘和培训中,"转岗教师"广泛存在。特殊教育转岗教师这一群体大多集中在西部农村地区,是解决西部农村特殊教育师资数量问题的主要出路。主要来源有两类:一是从普通中小学转入特殊教育学校工作的教师,二是从非教育系统转入特殊教育学校工作的教师。本文所探讨的特殊教育转岗教师主要是指从普通中小学转入特殊教育学校工作的教师。
At present, transferred teachers account a large proportion in the selection and training of middle school teachers,especially for special teachers in western rural regions. Most special education transferred teachers are in the western rural regions,which is the main way to solve the problem of the quantity of special education teachers in western rural regions. The sources of the group of teachers can roughly be divided into two groups: those from ordinary primary and secondary schools; and those from non-education institutions. The special education transferred teachers mentioned in this paper refers to the first group.
