基于标准的教师专业化学习框架——以加拿大安大略省为例 被引量:3

A Study on the Standard-based Teachers' Professional Learning Framework Exemplified by Ontario

摘要 加拿大安大略省教师学院在教学专业道德标准和教学专业实践标准的基础上,构建了基于标准的专业化学习框架,帮助教师开展持续的专业化学习,提高专业化程度,改善教育教学质量。教学专业道德标准、教师专业实践标准和教师专业化学习框架共同构成了教师的专业实践基础,描绘出安大略省教师专业的目标、原则和愿景。对于我国构建基于教师专业标准的教学专业化学习框架,促进教师专业发展,有一定借鉴意义。 Based on the professional and moral standards for the teaching profession,College of Teacher in Ontario has established the professional learning framework to help teachers launch the sustained professional learning,improve the specialization level of the teaching profession and better teaching quality. Ethical standards,standards of practice and professional learning framework form the foundation of professional practice,which outlines the goals,principles and visions of the teaching profession in Ontario. A close study of the professional learning framework will inspire the construction of China 's professional learning framework based on the standard for teaching profession and the professional development of teaching profession in China.
