Research on Difficulties and Countermeasure of We-Chat Fraud Investigation in the Context of Internet

随着微信的广泛应用,基于微信的诈骗犯罪呈现出高发态势。微信诈骗犯罪成本低、传播快、隐蔽性强,给侦查带来案件受理难、取证困难、追赃困难、防控困难等问题,因此需要从规范立案、情报研判、提升取证能力等方面进行研究,以提高打击此类案件的能力。

We-Chat has become an essential part of everyday life. With extensive application of We- Chat, it indicates a high trend of fraud crime based on We-Chat. Fraud crime in We-Chat has low cost, rapid spread and high concealing. Against these three features, it is advised to increase research efforts in We-Chat crime. This paper is mainly aimed at doing research of the patern of We-Chat fraud crime, difficulties in investigation and solutions, which could help increase the awareness of security and have positive effects on crime survey.
