摘要
雷达威力的提升使传输流量和耐压等级不断得到提高,进而对液体旋转关节提出了更高要求(如高可靠、长寿命、大流量和高耐压等)。因此有必要对液体旋转关节的设计特点进行研究。文中结合液体旋转关节的工作原理和特点,从结构形式和密封方式2方面进行了重点阐述,总结出径向排布式和轴向排布式2种典型结构以及油封密封、机械密封和组合密封3种典型密封方式,并对比分析了它们的特点和适用范围,指出液体旋转关节设计的关键技术是选择合适的动密封技术和保证旋转关节工作时的同心度,最后对其应用前景进行了展望。
With the increase of the radar power,the transmission flow and pressure levels are continuously improved and thus higher requirements for the liquid rotary joint are put forward such as high reliability,a long life,high flow,high pressure,et al. Therefore,it is necessary to study the design characteristics of the liquid rotary joint. In this paper,according to the work principle and the characteristics of the liquid rotary joint,two typical structural styles(radial arrangement and axial arrangement) and three typical sealing methods(oil sealing,mechanical sealing and combined sealing) are summarized. And their characteristics and applications are compared. It is pointed out that the key techniques in the design of liquid rotary joint are to select suitable dynamic sealing technology and to ensure the concentricity of the liquid rotary joint under work. Finally,the application of the liquid rotary joint is prospected.
