一种红茶菌发酵饮料对BALB/c小鼠的免疫调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究添加枸杞、金银花的红茶菌发酵饮料对免疫低下BALB/c小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:72只BALB/c小鼠随机分为6组(n=12),分别为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、红茶菌饮料低剂量组、红茶菌饮料中剂量组和红茶菌饮料高剂量组;经环磷酰胺造模之后,饲喂13天,断颈处死;以小鼠的体重、NK细胞的杀伤活性、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性以及IL-2、IL-6和IFN-γ等细胞因子相对于内参基因的表达量为指标,研究红茶菌对免疫低下小鼠的免疫提高作用。结果:添加枸杞、金银花的红茶菌发酵饮料对免疫低下小鼠的体重恢复起到了积极的作用;增加了自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)对鼠肝癌细胞(H22)的杀伤活性以及腹腔巨噬细胞对中性红的吞噬能力;红茶菌饮料剂量组对于IL-2、IL-6和IFN-γ等细胞因子的表达量均有不同程度的提高。结论:添加枸杞、金银花的红茶菌发酵饮料能显著提高小鼠的免疫功能。 The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the regulative effect of Kombucha beverage on immunosuppressive BALB/c mice. The experiment was conducted on Male BALB/c mice(a total of 72 mice). These mice were randomly divided into six groups(n=12):normal control group,model control group,positive control group,low dose of Kombucha,medium dose of Kombucha,high dose of Kombucha. The model group was feed by cyclophosphamide for 13 days and sacrificed. Body weight,NK cells cytotoxicity,phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages and the expression of IL-2、IL-6 and IFN-γ relative to the reference gene were tested to study the immune-enhancing effect of Kombucha on immunosuppressive mice. The result showed that Kombucha beverage could significantly improve body weight,enhance peritoneal macrophage function,improve nuatural killer cells(NKcell)activity. Meanwhile the expression of IL-2、IL-6 and IFN-γ increased to a certain extent. The conclusion was that Kombucha can enhance the regulative effect of Kombucha on BALB/c mice.
