摘要
以仙人草为试验材料,利用超声波辅助乙醇法提取仙人草中总黄酮工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交实验优化提取工艺,并考察了仙人草总黄酮提取液体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:超声波法提取仙人草总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为以60%乙醇为提取剂,料液比1∶35g/m L,超声波功率为80W,提取时间20min,提取温度50℃,提取2次,平均提取率为5.275%。仙人草总黄酮提取液具有一定抗氧化能力。
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from fairy grass was optimized by signal factor experiment and orthogonal design. The antioxidant activity in vitro was investigated. Results showed the optimized extraction conditions were as follows :extraction solvent 60% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 35,ultrasonic power 80 W,extraction time 20 min,temperature 50 ℃,and extracting twice. Under the above conditions,the extraction efficiency was 5.275%,and the total flavonoids showed antioxidant ability.
