摘要
在临床营养产品类目中,肠内营养产品占有非常重要的地位,但我国医疗界对"特殊医学用途配方食品"的认识才刚刚开始。上世纪八十年代该类产品因为临床需要被冠以"药品"的名义引入中国,该类产品在国外及国内已经有很长的使用历史并且也取得了很好的临床效果,但在国内这方面的产品种类很少。2016年7月1日特殊医学用途配方食品拥有了独立的注册管理文件、产品标准和生产规范。特殊医学用途配方食品与保健食品、营养素补充剂、匀浆膳的不同在于它强调了在医生或营养师指导下食用。它更接近于患者自然的进食过程,在降低感染并发症发病率、降血糖、缩短平均住院时间及满足正常的生理需求等方面均发挥了巨大的优势。为打破该类产品不能满足临床要求的现状,在产品形态和营销渠道上可以在借鉴国外良好模式的基础上进行灵活选择。随着中国社会老龄化的"加速"以及40岁以上的人群中慢性疾病患者人数呈现逐年快速增加的趋势,国内对该类食品的市场需求前景良好,营养领域的科研人员在大力的宣传普及相关知识,提高消费者对该类产品的认知度,提高监管部门和临床医生的专业度等方面的工作任重而道远。
In clinical nutrition products category,enteral nutrition products play an important role. However,the understanding of formula food for special medical purposes has only just begun in our country's medical community. In the 1980 s,because of clinical need,these products were introduced into China in the name of drug,this kind of products has a long used history and has been achieved good clinical results domestically and internationally,but the species of such products were very few in China. On July 1,2016,formula food for special medical purposes had the independent registered file management,product standards and production specifications. Unlike health food,nutrition supplements or homogenate meals,formula food for special medical purposes is used under the guidance of a doctor or a dietician. It is more close to natural feeding process of the patients,and has a huge advantage in reducing the infection complication incidence,blood glucose and the average length of hospital stay,meeting the normal physiological needs. At present,the products cannot meet the requirement of the clinical situation,the form of the products and market channels can draw lessons from foreign good model on the basis of flexible choice. The Chinese aging society is accelerating,and the number of patients with chronic disease over the age of 40 has the trend of rapid increase year by year,so the domestic market has good prospects of this kind of formula food,scientific researchers in the field of nutrition have a long way to go in propagating related knowledge,improving consumer awareness and professional degree of clinical doctors and supervision departments.
